By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any policies expressly referenced here. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

You must have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate, complete information when placing an order.

We aim to present home appliances and electrical products accurately. Product colors, finishes, dimensions, and details may vary within normal tolerances. Follow the instructions and safety information provided with each appliance.

Products and quantities are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, correct errors, or decline an order where permitted.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless another currency is clearly stated. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and discounts are displayed before purchase. We may correct obvious pricing errors and contact you regarding an affected order.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean an order has been accepted. We may review orders for availability, verification, or fraud prevention.

Payment methods available at the time of purchase are shown at checkout. Payment authorization and processing are subject to the applicable payment provider. See Payment & Security.

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days; busy periods may require up to 5 business days. Estimated U.S. transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch, subject to the Shipping Policy.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete address. Contact us promptly if an amendment is needed; changes after fulfillment starts cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery timing is an estimate. Delays due to carriers, customs, weather, and other circumstances may occur. Contact support if a shipment is lost or damaged.

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–10 business days after receipt, inspection, and approval. See Return & Refund Policy for conditions.

Request cancellations promptly. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started. A successful cancellation before fulfillment carries no cancellation fee.

Offers may have stated dates, limits, eligible products, and exclusions. Discounts must generally be applied before an order is completed and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

Use appliances only as intended, following the supplied instructions, electrical ratings, warnings, and maintenance directions. Keep electrical items away from inappropriate moisture and supervise use where indicated.

Website images, text, graphics, brand identifiers, and other materials are owned by or licensed to their respective owners. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.

Reviews and other content you submit must be lawful, truthful, and non-infringing. We may moderate submissions in accordance with applicable law and site rules.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment data is processed by applicable checkout and payment providers.

Product rights, manufacturer warranties where applicable, and statutory consumer rights remain subject to the terms supplied with the product and applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer remedies where that would be unlawful. Other liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If a dispute arises, contact customer support so we can attempt to resolve it. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections govern as required by your jurisdiction.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. The terms in force when your order is accepted apply to that order unless a different rule is required by law.
